Pricing Packages

Absolutely, we understand that your needs may change over time. You can upgrade or downgrade your package by contacting us, and we'll adjust your plan to better suit your current situation.

We believe in flexibility and our customers’ freedom to choose. Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel anytime with notice as per the terms in our service agreement.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience pest problems between regular visits, we will provide additional service calls at no extra cost to ensure the issue is resolved and you remain pest-free.

Total Pest Coverage is our quarterly program for general household pests inside and around your home — ants, roaches, spiders, mice, rats, silverfish, stinkbugs, carpenter ants, bees & wasps, pantry pests, millipedes and centipedes. It runs year-round at $60/month with a $299 initial service. 

The Tick & Mosquito Bundle is a separate seasonal program (March–October) that treats your yard's perimeter, mulch beds, and shrubs for ticks and mosquitoes only, starting at $99/month. They are independent programs — most clients on Total Pest Coverage add the Tick & Mosquito Bundle in the spring.

The technician visits every three months — four times per year. The $60 monthly fee is just how we spread the cost evenly between visits, not the frequency of service. Between scheduled visits, if you see pest activity, you can call us back at no additional charge.

Both plans start at $299 plus tax for the initial visit and cover the same 15+ household pests. The quarterly plan is $60 per month, with a technician visit every three months and unlimited free call-backs between visits. 

The monthly plan is $125 per month with a visit every month, which we typically recommend for active rodent issues or properties with higher pest pressure. Most CT homeowners do well on quarterly.
